Walking, Jogging, Running......

Or a variance of all three.




I just bought these shoes. I have started walking and trying to jog..... I am up to jogging 9 houses. I have 15 pounds that I want to loose. We have a wedding in July, and I would like to look physically fit! I am hoping to stay motivated by getting this out in the open!!!

Oh good for you and good luck losing the 15 pounds but it might not be so easy if you are going to keep making yummy things like that Trifle...LOL.

Good luck on your fitness goal. I have been running since November, 3+ miles, but not lost much weight. Maybe some fat has been replaced by muscle, because my clothes are looser, but not as much as I'd hoped. Guess I need to eat less!
